Don’t do this stretch in public

I’d like to take a quick moment to show you an awesome active stretch.
It’s great for relieving upper back pain, neck pain and even shoulder pain.
It may even make you look younger..lol.

…but you don’t want to do it in public because people may think you’re weird.

This is The Best Stretch to Do When No One is Watching

I don’t know about you, but I’ve had way too much time in front of my computer.
I’ve also been driving more than I’d like and this stretch helped relieve my tension headaches.
