KISS – Keep it Simple Stretches

KISS – Keep it Simple Stretches

The testimony and recommendation below is exactly why I am so passionate about my business.  If I can help people out of pain in a simple and easy manner, then I am going to shout it from the roof tops.

“Lori gave a presentation at the DJ Basin Safety Council on February 3rd, 2015 which included coaching the audience on stretching exercises. I was skeptical when I heard the subject of her presentation. So many medical people dismiss chronic conditions from occupational injuries. For many years of my career, the general wisdom was that bodies were less expensive than tools or equipment. If a worker became injured or sick, just get another one.

I carry around evidence of injuries and back pain so I did the stretching very gently.  After doing them at home for a couple days, I noticed that I was sleeping better with less pain. A few days later I had to drive all day. Two hours of driving usually causes back pain bad enough that I can’t walk for a few minutes after getting out of my vehicle. I did Lori’s stretching exercises while fueling my pickup by putting my foot on the back bumper instead of a chair. I did get some funny looks from some oilfield hands, but I just grinned at them. At my next stop 2-1/2 hours later, I was able to get out of the truck and walk without standing for a few minutes to loosen up my back.

I think Lori has observed oilfield workers and realized that they need stretching that is easy to learn, can be done anywhere and doesn’t look completely silly. I recommend her services. “
