This is a short week for most of us with the Independence Day holiday coming.  Enjoy your barbeques and backyard festivities!  Remember you can cut beverage calories (where most of us indulge for the holidays) by alternating your adult beverages with a glass of water.

  • Monday – Greek-Style Chicken Pita sandwiches – Eating for Lifejuly-fourth-bbq

  • Tuesday – Turkey Burgers with baked fries and broccoli

  • Wednesday – Puerto Rican Rice & Beans with chicken breast

  • Thursday – Leftovers

  • Friday – Flank Steak sandwiches with roasted veggies

  • Saturday – Holiday weekend pizza, Happy 4th of July weekend!
