Happy Monday!  Here are meals for the week for my family, enjoy or tweak them as necessary.

Please remember I love you all to share these menus and that not all my meals have links to the recipe so holler if you would like more details!

Meal Plan 1/26/15seak-sandwich_300

MondayFlank Steak Sandwiches(adapted from Real Simple Magazine)  I use flank steak and marinate it in soy sauce, garlic, ginger and balsamic vinegar.  I also go light on the goat cheese and roast zucchini and slice it thin on the sandwiches.

Tuesday – Turkey Burgers (thin buns) with steamed broccoli and roasted small potatoes

Wednesday Leftovers

Thursday Single Crust Chicken Pot Pie (the Pioneer Woman) – I use fat-free greek yogurt (thinned with water) to thicken it instead of cream and I use reduced fat crescent rolls as the crust

FridayAmerican Turkey Goulash (Eating for Life)- easy and delicious!

SaturdayBeef & Broccoli (Cooks Illustrated)

**If this is your first time viewing a weekly meal plan from me, then let me bring you up to speed.  One of the best ways to loose weight or maintain a healthy eating schedule is to plan ahead.  Each week, when I put together my own meal plan for my family (husband and 3 kids) I do my very best to post it for others to follow or share.  Oh yeah, if you wonder why I never post any Sunday meals, it is because we follow the old Body for Life concept of eating clean for 6 days and then having a free day
