For the Big Game yesterday, we had a great free day game time meal. Beer & BBQ braised country style pork ribs served on yummy flat bread my husband grabbed at Costco. Everyone was happy, especially our dogs who got some extras. Considering I began the day with donuts from my favorite shop (Lamar’s), I am ready to start the week on the healthy wagon!

Monday – Tortilla Soup with chicken breast (Pioneer Woman)
Tuesday – Turkey goulash (Body for Life)
Wednesday – Chicken Enchiladas (Body for Life w/ a Frederic twist)
Thursday – Leftovers
Friday – Homemade pizza (ground turkey, black olive, zucchini) from last week’s plan *we went out to a Pho restaurant instead* Life happens right?
Saturday – Beef and Broccoli (Cooks Illustrated)
