I was in Texas last week, did y’all have a healthy week without me?  Did ya miss me?  Ha!  Well, here are meals for the week for my family.  Please enjoy or tweak them as necessary.

Meal Plan 2/9/15bbq chicken

MondayOven BBQ Chicken (Pioneer Woman, but use split breasts instead) with mashed potatoes & steamed broccoli

Tuesday – Roasted Steelhead Trout (from Costco) and edamame risotto.  If risotto isn’t in your wheelhouse, then just add the edamame to steamed rice.
