It’s spring break for 2 of our 3 kids this week, the youngest has break next week so that makes our calendar of events oh so, what’s the word? Difficult. Flexible.  Here are this week’s meals, we are taking a short road trip this week so tweak the menu as necessary.  Jump back to my previous menus if you need more options for the week!
