Here in Colorado there is a hint of fall in the air. I’m not ready to let go of summer so I will be in denial for at least a few weeks.

Meal Plan 9/8
Monday – Chicken Tortilla Soup (the Pioneer Woman) – This can easily be made ahead and reheated for dinner. It’s also plenty of food which makes for yummy leftovers.
Tuesday – Healthy Turkey Spaghetti – Served with a salad or roasted asparagus. Classic meal at our house. The kids get to enjoy garlic bread with lots of butter while my husband and I use our self control and might enjoy reduced fat cresent rolls from Pillsbury.
Wednesday – Leftovers
Thursday – Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Potatoes & Broccoli
Friday – Cobb Salad (Real Simple Magazine)
Saturday – Leftovers or Night out
